4 All User generated Content goes through Screening by Our in-house editing team which reviews and modifies the User Content as part of this process. We may consult with you and communicate with you about any necessary changes to the User Content you submit or upload. Hence, We may alter or adapt your User Generated Content in order to distribute it over computer networks and other media or devices.
5 Our objective is to constantly identify and seek new channels/avenues to increase our user/readership/audience. In furtherance thereto, from time to time we engage/partner with third party websites to share and republish the User Generated Content. To this effect, you grant us the unconditional right to share the User Generated Content with other third party websites.
*For the purpose of uploading or submitting User Generated Content, You are required to login from your personal account./or, send your content by email to us.
*You represent that any content posted by you is true, correct and accurate to your knowledge.
*You shall not try to forward to us any Content that: (i) belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right to upload.
*Any content that threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India would be deleted.
*WE also have a right to delete any content as per our discretion and without assigning any reasons.
